2. Prepare a short list of preferred suburbs that suits your lifestyle, bearing in mind affordability and accommodation requirements.

3. Research sales using Frampton First National recent sales in our sold gallery. Inspect every property in your preferred area so you have a feel for the prices. Attend all open homes in the area.

4. Register with us as a Priopity Buyer to recieve SMS or email alerts about all new properties listed in your price range.

5. Develop a relationship with one of our professional Sales Consultants who specialises in your preffered area. Your Sales Consultant will be able to advise you of any aditional information you may need.

6. If you are considering making an offer through Frampton First National we recommend you indicate your interest to a Sales Consultant and find the right Conveyancer for you.

7. Once negotiations have been finalised, you will be required to sign a sale contract and pay a deposit. Your deposit will be held in a trust account until settlement. You may want to arrange a building and pest inspection through your Conveyancer to make sure you are aware of any major defects and pest concerns eg: white ant, termites.

8. On settlement day, the keys will be avaliable once settlement has taken place. On settlement day it is advisable that you do a final inspection before settlement takes place. This is to ensure that the property is in the same condition as when you last inspected it and that all the inclusions are as per the contract you signed.
