Any representation, statement, opinion or advice expressed or otherwise implied in these documents is made in good faith but on the basis that the Vendor, First National Framptons, the directors and employees are not liable (whether by reason of negligence, lack of care or otherwise) to any person for that person's damage or loss which has occurred consequent upon that person taking or not taking (as they case may be) an action in respect of any representation, statement or advice as reffered to above.
